Message Groups

• Click the Setup button on the home ribbon.

• Type the word message in the search box at the top of the left window pane.

• Click on Message Groups in the resulting search.

• Access message groups as detailed above.
• If adding a new message group, click the Add button located in the actions group of the general ribbon.
• If editing an existing message group, double click on the group you wish to edit in the right window pane.

 

General Tab

• Name: The name you wish to give the group. This will be what displays when selecting the group in other areas of the software.
• Description: Describe the purpose of the message group. This is information only and is optional. It does not appear anywhere else in the software.

 

Group Members Tab

 

• A list of user names and descriptions will be displayed.

• Check the check box next to the names of the users you wish to be part of the message group.

• Click the OK button.

• Access message groups as instructed above.

• Select the message group you wish to delete in the right window pane with a single click.

• Click the Delete button located in the action group of the general ribbon.

• Click Yes to confirm.
