Enterprise service categories further divide your enterprise profit centers and serve to categorize your sales and service offerings. With these categories, you can also configure your profitability threshold targets.

Click on the Enterprise Setup button in the ribbon.
In the left window pane, locate Enterprise Setup > Sales Departments, which is found near the top of the listing.
Click on Service Categories item to display a listing of service categories in the right panel.
Access the Enterprise Service Category feature as given in the instructions above.
Choose a Profit Center from the drop-down list at the top of the right window pane to display a listing of the service categories for that profit center.
Access the Enterprise Service Category feature as given in the instructions above.
Click the Add command button in the ribbon.
Enter the Name of the new service category in the popup window.
Click the Detail tab to add the values for the Margin Threshold for this service category.
Click OK to commit your changes and close the popup window.
Access the Enterprise Service Category feature as given in the instructions above.
Click on the service category you wish to edit.
Click the Edit button in the ribbon.
Change the Name of the service category.
Click the Detail tab to add the values for the Margin Threshold for this service category.
Click OK to commit your changes and close the popup window.
Access the Enterprise Service Category feature as given in the instructions above.
Click on the service category that you need to delete.
Click the Delete button in the ribbon.
Access the Enterprise Service Category feature as given in the instructions above.
To change the list order, click on a service category and drag it to the position in the listing that you need it to be.
Click the Save button in the ribbon.
